Are you a skilled culinary professional with a passion for precision and teamwork? We are looking for a Chef de Partie to manage designated kitchen stations and contribute to the seamless execution of food preparation and service, maintaining the highest standards in a dynamic luxury hospitality setting.
Your Role in the Kitchen
· Ensure adherence to recipes and preparation standards to maintain consistency and quality in food offerings.
· Uphold HACCP and International Food Safety and Hygiene standards, as well as compliance with the Malaysian Food Act and company policies.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, conducting regular checks on staff practices and equipment maintenance.
· Supervise and guide Commis/Demi Chefs, providing on-the-job training and organizing workflow at assigned stations.
· Manage stock rotation to minimize wastage and ensure sufficient daily operational stock for designated stations.
· Monitor the quality and quantity of food received, striving to eliminate spoilage and maintain efficient stock control.
· Check cooking techniques and food presentation to meet standards before service.
· Organize workstation allocations to optimize food preparation and service flow.
· Assist other stations when required and report directly to the superior any disciplinary or cleanliness issues.
· Contribute to a productive kitchen environment by adhering to strict health regulations and promoting safety standards.

· Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment.
· Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen operations.
· Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
· Leadership skills to manage kitchen stations and guide junior staff effectively.
