As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for the overall quality of all culinary dishes prepared in your kitchen at both VONG Kitchen and Le Burger. You will ensure that all meals, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, are crafted to the highest standards for our guests' enjoyment. Your extensive culinary knowledge, combined with your leadership and organizational skills, makes you a valuable asset. Responsibilities:
· Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes in your kitchen, ensuring the highest quality.
· Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredient selection, and kitchen operations.
