Job description
As a Chef De Partie (CDP) Banquest you are responsible for supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, and handling the front of the kitchen.
Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, reccipes , and preparation techniques.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· F&B Culinary Degree Graduate with minimum 3 years certification.
· At least 2 years experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel and/or a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
