About the role




You are accountable for providing guests with all service and assistance connected with their VIP Amenities programme & replenishment of the mini-bars. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

· Requisition defective Mini Bars when required

· Defrost/clean Mini Bars when required

· Record guest consumption accurately and replenish minibars to par stock

· Ensure prompt checking and posting of departure room minibars

· Security of stock and accountability for missing items at close of shift

· Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reports guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests

We are looking for a team player, curious and proactive Casual Waiter/ress to work alongside our Room Service Team. With your natural social skills and your passion to achieve the best, you will be part of a strong, fun and vibrant team.

Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a five star hotel environment is not required but will be an advantage.
