Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is an international 5* hotel nestled on the picturesque gardens of Portman Square, just 100 metres north of Marble Arch and Oxford Street.

The Casual Mini-Bar Attendant is accountable for providing guests with all service and assistance connected with their VIP Amenities programme & replenishment of the mini-bars. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

• Requisition defective Mini Bars when required
• Defrost/clean Mini Bars when required
• Record guest consumption accurately and replenish minibars to par stock
• Ensure prompt checking and posting of departure room minibars
• Security of stock and accountability for missing items at close of shift
• Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reports guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
