We have an exciting opportunity for two casual Bartenders to join our Jackalberry Bar.

Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District (CBD), Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. As Sydney's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces. The hotel offers more than 3,700 sq m of sleek meeting and event space in the heart of the city featuring two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 22 additional meeting rooms.

The Role:
Our ideal Bartender is someone who has a passion for their craft and is wanting to experience a fast paced and vibrant environment. We are seeking confident, well-presented and hardworking candidates with a can-do attitude who can create exceptional experiences for our guests. With the opportunity to develop cocktails using unique ingredients and methods, there is always something to learn in this role.

With this role there is flexibility with start date. One position is available for someone seeking an immediate start, the other for a start at the end of January 2025.

Our Ideal Candidate will Possess:

· An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment
· Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment
· Strong knowledge on classic and signature cocktails
· Ability to provide professional customer service-friendly personality
· Excellent presentation and grooming
· Proven ability to work autonomously
· Strong communication skills
· Full working rights in Australia
· A current NSW RSA
· Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
