About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our restaurant and bar by crafting exceptional coffee, delivering warm and genuine service, and creating memorable guest experiences.

As the face behind every cup, you'll bring energy, consistency, and a passion for specialty coffee while building meaningful connections with our guests and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare high-quality hot and cold beverages, with a focus on specialty coffee and consistent presentation.

· Deliver friendly, professional customer service and respond to guest enquiries and feedback.

· Maintain coffee equipment and workstations in line with HACCP, FIFO, and cleanliness standards.

· Assist with Food & Beverage service, including setting, clearing, and resetting tables, and waiter duties as required.

· Support the wider Food & Beverage team with a positive, flexible approach.

· Manage high-volume coffee service, including events of 200+ coffees, while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications :

About you:

·  Minimum 2 years' barista experience and previous waiter or food service experience.
·  Ability to manage high-volume service in a fast-paced environment.
·  Strong knowledge of Melbourne coffee culture and latte art.
·  Current Victorian RSA Certificate.
·  Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
·  Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider Food & Beverage team.
·  The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
