Job description
The bar manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the bar. Additional responsibilities may include but not limited to staffing, scheduling, and training. This person must have strong communication and extensive knowledge about spirits, wines and beers.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Bar in an international hotel brand or Bar Manager from local famous bar
· Fluent in English and Japanese
· Well knowledge of wine and beverage
· Creative and out of box thinker
· Good in communication, social skills and strong sense of sales
· Good people management skill
