· You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.
· The Associate Director of Sales is responsible to assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other associates.
· Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager.
· Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
