Qualifications :

·  Passionate F&B professional
·  Relevant background in international restaurant management in luxury hotels or well known stand-alone operations
·  Previous experience and proven skills in F&B marketing and guest relations is a must
·  Extensive wine and beer knowledge is a must
·  Diploma or relevant studies in hospitality, business and/or food & beverage
·  Engaging, knowledgeable and diligent
