About the Role

To assist the Outlet manager in managing the outlets as successful independent profit centres, Ensuring maximum guest/member satisfaction in consistent with Hyatt International Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Food & Beverage operation and administration.

Main Responsibilities

· Assist the Outlet Manager in leading the Food & Beverage outlets as part of the Lower Lobby in the performance of their duties and ensure learning opportunities through genuine, naturally occurring, quality conversation
· To assist in planning the outlet weekly roster and work schedules to ensure that the outlet is adequately staffed to handle the level of business.
· Liaise with the Kitchen teams and other Food & Beverage departments
· To assist in the building of an efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
· To plan and implement an effective training program for all employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum of efficiency.

Requirements

·  Previous supervisory or management experience in a similar role
·  An eye for detail and excellent organisation skills
·  A strong team player with a positive and collaborative approach
·  Unrestricted visa and working rights in Australia
