Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager Hygiene is responsible developing, implementing and monitoring hygiene standards as per Hyatt standards.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree Food Technology or related
Minimum 1 year related experience
Intermediate level of English
Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
Ease of planning, organization and strategy
