Desired profile

Qualifications :

・Basic PC skills (Word, Excel)

・Preferably, a qualification as a building environment sanitation management engineer or a certified building equipment engineer.

・Experience working in a hotel is welcome ・English language skills are a plus

・Experience in building management, maintenance and inspection work in general is preferred.

・建築物環境衛生管理技術者、建築設備士などの資格保有者優遇

・ホテルでの就業経験者歓迎 ・英語できれば尚可

・ビル管理、保守点検業務全般の経験がある方優遇
