The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the operational in overseeing the operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. This role ensures the highest standards of service, quality, hygiene, and team performance to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or resort.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of F&B software systems (e.g., POS, inventory).
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Certification in food safety/hygiene is a plus.
