As an Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be responsible for auditing all items on outgoing shipments and supplier’s credit memos and balancing suppliers' monthly statements to the hotel accounts payable records. In addition to preparing and balancing voucher registers monthly, you will also maintain up-to-date files for accounts payable records.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

·  A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
·  Previous finance experience in a similar role within an accounts department
·  Strong organization skills and a good eye for detail
·  Analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Computer literate including proficiency in commonly used accounting systems.
·  Good English Bahasa Indonesia skills (written and spoken)
