In the GARDENA Division we are looking for

Global Trainees (m/f) 
in the focus areas of
- Marketing 
- Product Management 
- Sales 
- Operations / Logistics

Your Challenge:
You will be part of an international 2-year Trainee Program, which offers four 6-month rotations, including one assignment abroad. The program also includes several 1-week training modules between assignment rotations which are hosted at our corporate hubs in Sweden, U.S. and China. Your “home country” – where your Trainee Program starts – will be Germany.

Take the challenge and dive into our GARDENA world, experience the different Brand Divisions and cultural differences. Get insights in the Forest & Garden area, develop and improve our processes, get to know different systems/technologies/strategies and work in exiting projects in several assignments. Upon completion of the program, our ambition is to assign the Trainee to a challenging position within the defined focus area of the program.

Your Profile:
Successful Trainees must have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or Engineering and less than three years of relevant work experience. Husqvarna Group is present in 40 countries and our corporate language is English. Therefore, fluency in English and in German is required – an additional language is preferred (ideally French) – in addition to previous international experience.

The ideal Trainee is a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who enjoys teamwork and networking in an international environment. Additionally, you must also demonstrate a strong desire to add value and to learn, as well as possess strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively follow multiple parallel projects. You are flexible, open-minded and mobile during your Trainee Program and after completion and show intercultural competence.
