Salesforce Administrator

Salary £25k DOE

Our client based in Aylesbury are seeking an Salesforce Application Administrator to join their growing team. The role will involve providing day to day administration with Salesforce and other CRM Software Applications.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Application support and administration for Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Resolve incidents within the applications and ensure correct configuration related to any changes
  • Set-up and ongoing maintenance of users
  • Liaise with support and development counterparts to resolve technical and bespoke issues
  • Responsibility for improving the processes for requesting changes and logging incidents
  • Reviewing user logs
  • Create and maintain System documentation, operational procedures and how to guides


To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience within an Administration role and have used Salesforce CRM systems in your role. Full training will be provided
