Interim HR Business Partner
Start date - Beginning August 2015
3 - 6 month contract, Swansea
c. £40,000 - £45,000 pa
One interim to assist with two major outcomes associated with HR realignment.
Need an immediately available, CIPD qualifed and experienced practitioner who can clearly scope and brief a project whilst running with it and being themselves.
Previous experience of outcome focussed situations advantageous. Must take accountability and get motivated by the results. Need to see the bigger picture. Outcome from resilience displaying a fair degree of adaptability working very closely with the Director and Deputy Director of HR.
The successful candidate will require lots of drive plus the enthusiasm to implement it. Pace, timescale and delivery are key factors. This person will be uber organised and apply this to their working relationship directing key project members to the next meeting and step ahead.

An experienced HR Practitioner is required to come in and project lead whilst advising and agreeing on outcomes, understanding the principles involved, drafting policies, organising sessions, structures, mechanisms, meetings, all associated with the project outcome.
