We are looking for motivated and proactive Interns to join our Team at our U.S. corporate office in New York for a six month time period from January 2016 through July 2016 . Sales Internships are available in the following Divisions: HUGO, Sportswear, Bodywear, Tailored Clothing, Dress Furnishings, Shoes and Accessories, Women's. Key responsibilities:

· Showroom set-up and market season preparation
· Communicating with the German headquarter in Metzingen and taking care of Circulars and Critical Path
· Actively participating in the customer's buy and offering assistance during the complete ordering process
· Preparing reports / handouts for customer appointments during the market season
· Market research projects related to the business strategies and developments
· Communicating with Major US Department stores (i.e. Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue)
· Selling Reports: updating, creating and editing of weekly sales reports for major customers
· Delivery Tracking SAP/BIS: weekly update of warehouse receipts and ship statuses of customer orders
· Customer Photo Samples: tracking, maintaining and shipping of photo samples to major customers

Required qualifications:

· Current undergraduate student
· Ability to work under pressure
· Good team player
· Excellent administrative skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Must be able to multi-task and prioritize, while working independently
· Highly proficient with MS Office
