Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the retail stores, as well as developing and implementing the operations strategy for the company by partnering with the Retail Operations Associate and in-store management teams. Work as a cross functional partner to create reports and analyze business as needed. This includes creating and analyzing sales reports & identifying trends and creating long-term business strategies. This position also requires “outside-the-box” thinking in order to come up with creative ways to better present information to help grow a profitable business. Develop action plans for sustainable growth by continually analyzing and interpreting all relevant KPIs. Understand and help to achieve the company strategy and work seamlessly with local and global stakeholders to provide accurate and relevant information to drive the business.

Key responsibilities:

·  Aggregate & analyze weekly selling / profitability reports from Stores & Shops in order to drive sales and increase KPIs (i.e. Sales, margin, fixed costs, payroll, incentives, inventory)
·  Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on operational analysis to achieve desired business outcomes
·  Facilitate ongoing communication with various departments and store teams to gain a thorough understanding of operational procedures to ensure relevant information is incorporated into company policy and procedures
·  Act as a resource and subject matter expert on operational policy and procedures to ensure consistent and appropriate interpretation and application
·  Utilize SAP & BIS to pull reports
·  Collate and book travel requirements for store training events ranging from model store (monthly) to Store Managers Conference (bi-annually)
·  Communicate clearly on store training events so that store requests for travel are appropriate and timely
·  Run and distribute staff scheduling reports to the Retail teams
·  Monitor the use of the staff scheduling system supporting store management where needed with advice and guidelines
·  Provide reporting to Payroll, Finance and HR from the staff scheduling tool on topics as diverse as payroll budgets, sickness patterns and temporary employee working patterns
·  Maintain the master data of the staff scheduling system for store trading hours, delivery times, budget hours, new stores to be set up and any similar background settings to enable the system to plan effectively
·  Action new starter debitor ID set up, BOSS University logins and PR2 authorizations related to new starters, transfers and leavers
·  Code Retail Invoices
·  Support the Retail Operations Manager in the production of additional store communication
·  Print, pack and post product folder updates, training guides, Sale packs etc
·  Assist stores with order for business cards and/or unusual stationery and equipment requirements (this has included diaries, plastic hangers, cameras, stockroom walkie talkies and coffee machines)
·  Any other ad hoc duties to ensure the team maximizes potential and supports the business goals
·  Ability to multi-task several concurrent requests, quickly assemble data and generate impactful insights in a fast paced environment

·  Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Proficient in Word and Power Point
