·  Co-ordinate and oversee all activities of the Retail Finance function.
·  Key support on all Retail Finance related matters, providing regular updates on discrepancies and highlighting any issues.
·  Responsibility for weekly & monthly Retail Finance reporting, to be reviewed by the management accountant and sent to the retail management team.
·  Ensuring all Retail Finance related paperwork and records are maintained.
·  Responsible for all Retail Finance presentations and training where required by Retail Operations, including new managers inductions and conferences.
·  Key support on all concession store related matters, including reconciliations and weekly sales checks.
·  Maintenance and continuous improvement of all Retail Finance activities, including policies and procedures.
·  Reconciliation of daily sales transactions to the bank account postings for each of the main tender types which include Credit Cards, Amex, CUP, Cash and Petty Cash
·  Ad-hoc tasks to support the wider Finance Team and month-end close

·  Professionalism is maintained at all times
·  Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully

Desired profile

Required qualifications:

·  Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
·  A general understanding of double entry bookkeeping, and of the completion of a bank reconciliation would be advantageous.
·  An understanding of retail processes , e.g. till processes /refunds
·  Microsoft excel
·  Experience in SAP would be preferable
·  AAT studier or qualified
