Quality Assurance Analyst / Tester (m/f)

Our department Global Merchandise Projects searching for three employees till March 2018 for a software testing project. The beginning is in August / September 2017.

Key responsibilities:

·  Support the set-up of data in the test-systems as a prerequisite for integrative testing
·  Execute and evaluate manual test cases within ERP systems, BI reports and BI based planning tools, and manage all activities in the test plan to ensure that objectives are met and the solution works as expected
·  Identify, replicate and report issues / bugs
·  Thorough tracking and documentation of open / solved issues
·  Hold and facilitate test case reviews with cross-functional team members
·  Support the work package lead to ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
·  Proactively propose additional test cases to ensure broad coverage of business use cases
·  Close collaboration with IT and the work package lead to discuss and support the implementation of solutions for identified issues
·  Participate in relevant business meetings

Desired profile

Required qualifications:

·  Expertise in database testing, within SAP and BI systems
·  Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solutions being tested
·  Business process understanding based on process documentation
·  Apprenticeship within Information Technology is a plus
·  1+ years of relevant quality assurance technical experience
·  Very good knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel
·  Good knowledge in SAP
·  Flexible working hours to adapt to project schedules
·  Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases
·  Good German and English communication skills
·  Strong analytical skills and great perception
