PR Coordinator - Events, VIP + Entertainment Relations

Events

·  Work directly with PR / Dir of Special Events and Ent Relations
·  Assist with and suport New York Fashion Week shows as needed as well as all PR events, assist with Retail Events when and if needed
·  Coordinate with global teams on public relation and event matters/ requests as needed (Paris, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, London, China)

VIP Requests

·  Assist / Manage all VIP/ Celebrity requests
·  Assist with VIP and celebrity fittings, and VIP attendance for all events (cars, HMU, gifts, travel etc)
·  Organize timely returns of all VIP samples at photoshoots or fittings
·  Manage VIP send outs/shipments/messengers (IBC/ FedEx/courier service)
·  Manage VIP gifting
·  Prepare international shipments/ Proforma Invoices for all VIP shipments

Store Pulls

·  Coordinate all VIP and non-editorial US Store pulls/ returns
·  Assist VIP Stylists with store and showroom pulls

Reporting / Orga

·  Update VIP / press contacts and database
·  Maintain social calendar for VIP Events
·  Create fashion show, event, and monthly editorial press & clipping reports (print, online, social media)
·  Organize and update magazine library monthly
·  Media alert and Press Release sendout - VIP, Events and Branded Partnerships

Admin / Budget

·  Admin Support PR (calendar, travel, expenses)
·  Budget Support / Monthly Updates
·  Billing / Invoicing and Payment Tracking for PR team, PR expenses and marketing spendings
