Key responsibilities:
· Overall responsibility and maintenance of the office and back of house areas
· Dealing with all Post Office/G4S pick ups
· Answering and dealing with incoming phone calls
· Ordering stationary
· Distributing/sending post and faxes
· Updating and maintaining office documents
Desired profile
Required qualifications:
· Previous Administration experience
· Excellent telephone manner
· Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
