Mylee -Brand Development/NPD Role -Beauty Products, Muswell Hill

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Development/NPD role, at our fast growing health & beauty e-commerce business in North London. We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to be involved in all aspects of creating NPD and bringing exciting new beauty products to market.

A brand marketing/brand development background is essential, and experience in e-commerce marketing would be an advantage. Speaking a second language would be advantageous but not essential.

The candidate must possess excellent project management skills to bring new products to market, from the initial stages to the final launch. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication, numeric and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work independently on multiple projects

• Working flexibly and at pace to meet deadlines

• Taking on responsibility and full accountability for all projects

• Good commercial awareness & analysis of market trends / innovations

• Creativity and a keen eye for detail, to develop the brand and product range

• Delivering clear briefs to designers/suppliers/agencies to develop NPD

• Dealing with all procurement/product testing requirements

• Translating trends and insight into concepts and designs.

The ideal candidate will have a real passion for beauty products, and the desire to develop the rapidly growing Mylee brand. You will be responsible for all aspects of developing the brand. As part of this you will use market trends and customer insight to drive brand strategy, optimise on commercial opportunities and developing the Mylee brand portfolio of exciting new beauty products and innovations.

Full Time Position.

Monday-Friday based in Muswell Hill, London.
