Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. In this role, you will:
In this role the Wealth Coach works with sales managers to improve the Premier Relationship Manager's (PRM's) capability and performance. Although coaching remains as one of the core responsibilities of sales managers, the Wealth Coach supplements the capacity and capabilities of sales managers to assist in developing PRMs that are able to provide an outstanding client experience to our valuable Premier clients. Wealth Coaches usually focus on supporting the on-boarding and development of new PRMs and/or improving the productivity of our core contributing PRMs. Coaches work closely with PRM line managers and the coaching for PRMs primarily focuses on financial planning, client engagement skills and Sales activities and process including utilisation of key client engagement and sales tools. In certain markets, when needed, the Coach will also be deployed to up-skill sales managers.

Qualifications :
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Minimum of six years of working experience as a product specialist or financial advisor
-At least one year of working experience as a product expert or BSM/SBM in RBWM.
-Strong coaching and influencing skills
-Indepth knowledge and expertise in area of coaching responsibility including portfolio planning, sales process and client skill
-Previous experience and proven record as Premier RM, Premier Sales Manager, or Wealth Coach within HSBC or equivalent in other leading financial institution
-Detailed knowledge of global anti money laundering standards
-Knowledge of relevant regulatory governance in market
-Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations (the latter to be attained if new to HSBC)
-Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment and prioritize work assignments
