The People team leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

Report to: SVP Talent Acquisition
Role Purpose:
-Plans, manages, directs and controls of all aspects of Hiring Demand Planning and Resourcing function to attract and acquire internal and market talents required by HSBC Taiwan entities.
-Responsible for providing professional HR recruiting and onboarding most competent candidates in a timely and efficient manner to energize HSBC Taiwan’s growth and operations to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability in line with HR policies and strategies.
In this role, you will:
- Implement HSBC Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy and ensure all execution is aligned to the strategies, while manage and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead or participate Taiwan People team, TA team or regional related projects and events, i.e. Global Graduates/internships Programme
- Plan and execute recruitment marketing activities and cope with regional recruitment marketing team to attract and drive suffice candidate pipeline and leads
- Proactively source potential candidates through multiple channels, such as local job portals, LinkedIn, contacts/connections, and events
- Maintain data reports on a regular basis and are responsible for people related HR documentation
- Maximize the experiences of candidates and hiring manager by executing human hiring and leveraging recruitment technologies which aligned to HSBC brand values whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit and legislative requirements and operational excellence

Information
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Extensive experience and proven records in HR Talent Acquisition
- Familiarity with latest resourcing technology and platform
- Seasoned experience in leading/executing HR projects or events and managing HR systems
- Passion for recruitment as career aspiration and recruitment processes
- Strong communication, planning and organizing skills, attention to details, and flexibility to changes and diverse situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
