Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Report to: Senior Director and Head of Private Banking Taiwan

Role Purpose:
-Support the analysis of business performance information, including Scorecards, Annual Operating Plans and track implementation of key strategic initiatives
-Collect effective business analytics to achieve high penetration of top themes and product ideas through systematic tracking and analysis.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Design and implement a globally consistent, fair and effective sales management approach – including tools, MI, capability development.
2. Monitor sales performance and productivity of the frontline via KPIs/agreed standards in line with agreed target operating model
3. Support Market, Product and IC teams in driving sales campaigns
4. Monitor the sales effectiveness of campaign, event follow-ups to drive sales momentum 
5. Monitor trends of sales performance of RM and IC Teams and identify key gaps and opportunities for target achievement
6. Use client insight/NPS to enhance a seamless and differentiated client experience.
7. Support Head of GPB Taiwan to drive performance targets and upskill team members through effective communication, performance management, development plans and reward and recognition practices.
8. Demonstrate Customer Centricity by thinking and acting beyond product sales.
9. Interact with PBTW Business Management team and Finance team to prepare sales MI and KPI tracking
10. Support onshore Taiwan Market head on strategic areas ensuring that the appropriate level of support is provided in response to needs relevant to sales and business management.
11. Operations Risk Management Aware of the operational risks in performing various duties. 
12. Compliance and Self-Assessment Ensure all processes are complied with GSM, FIM, MLPP and external regulations 
13. Internal Control Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

Information

-Bachelor degree with major of business related 
-Considerable experience working with financial institution 
-Self-motivator, smart worker and detail oriented
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-English ability in writing & speaking
-信託業業務人員(Trust Level 4) will be required within 3 months after taking the role
-GPAD covered
