We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice president - Product Manager.
Location (Country/city)- Bangalore
Principal responsibilities
· Working with relevant teams (product development, legal, compliance, investment etc) to update and manage the assigned prospectus documentation, driving and supporting the implementation of regulatory changes.
· To manage new product inclusions and product changes within the prospectus documentation.
· Produce or assist in the production of ancillary documentation such as Shareholder notices, regulatory submissions with the external legal counsel, downstream KIIDs/KIDs.
· To log and track changes and communicate changes to a broad range of stakeholders within and outside the Asset Management Own assigned platforms from a governance perspective, working with Cosec, Fund Boards to fulfil all the regulatory obligations associated with management of Board meetings, financial statement production, regulatory filings etc.
· Assist in any governance related approvals and provide recommendations to enhance processes
· Work on and execute initiatives to streamline processes, either through technology or offshoring, resulting in improving efficiency.
· Support the business by providing appropriate information and documentation to help service the business to fulfil regulatory and commercial obligations.
Requirements
· Knowledge of prospectus management with regulatory interaction via legal counsel, preferably with European fund ranges.
· Knowledge of European Fund Board requirements and their regulatory obligations.
· Ability to demonstrate significant previous project management and product delivery experience at an established asset manager.
· Self-starter, who takes ownership, works with minimal supervision and can deliver the right solutions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to communicate with impact.
· Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple complex initiatives (at different levels of granularity).
· Independent thinker who has an enquiring mindset.
· Drive, energy and eager to progress in the role.
