Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.  Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.  We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

This role directly reports to SVP Cards, and serves as a key role in implementing Asia Cards strategy, driving CLCM (customer life cycle management), and managing our strategic partnerships. 

This role will be responsible for:

·  Implement Group’s Asia Cards key strategic initiatives in Taiwan, especially on credit card usage and CLCM.
·  Driving credit card spending, portfolio activation rate, and CLCM through launching various credit card usage programs
·  Manage and execute annual budgeting, people management objectives and oversee execution of usage programs and their related platform enhancements.
·  Manage HSBC’s key merchant relationships & strategic partnership
·  Enhance HSBC’s differentiation and competitive advantage by creating a strong suite of usage offerings for cardholders.
·  Identify investment and partnership opportunities with external parties in the ecosystem in order to enhance HSBC’s capabilities and value to cardholders
·  Ensure compliance and consistency with our compliance and control policy and local regulatory guidelines.

Information

·  University graduated or above
·  Bilingual proficiency in Chinese Mandarin and English, reading, writing, and conversation required
·  Good interpersonal and people management skills
·  Strong organizational and time management skills
·  Ability to prepare high level presentations and summaries for senior executives
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Role model and advocate for HSBC acting at all times in a way that complies with the Banks code of conduct, ethics and stance on bribery
·  Ability to grasp and understand new ideas and requirements, being open-minded
·  Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, resilience, and a team player
