We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role Vice President Fund Admin .
Responsibilities:
Assist to supervise and to make sure day-to-day operation run smoothly and correctly within the agreed cut off time with clients and comply with the OJK regulation and any other related regulations. Ensure all transactions are captured and calculated correctly and accurately in the fund. Review all valuation reports before sending to clients. Provide high quality service and respond any enquiries immediately.
· Assist to monitor the day-to-day operation and ensure fund valuation report is correctly calculated and submitted on daily/weekly/monthly to client in the agreed cut off time
· Approve all transactions in applicable systems
· Ensure the investment guideline that stated in the Collective Investment Contract (CIC) / Operating Memorandum/ agreements on each funds are applied accordingly
· Ensure OJK and/or any related regulation are applied to the fund
· Ensure monitor and check all the related compliance monitoring based on the OJK and/or related regulations are performed accordingly
· Ensure all valuation reports are checked before send to clients
· Ensure compliance monitoring is maintained to the highest possible standard to eliminate the risks of any financial or reputational loss to HSBC
· Ensure all the accrual and tax provision are correctly calculated if any
· Ensure daily and monthly reporting are produced on time and submit to OJK/ regulators electronically before the deadline
· Assist to review yearly audit report of the funds
· Make sure Net Asset value is published correctly and send to system KSEI (S-Invest) on time
· Assist to resolve clients query/request and replying to their enquiries closely and accurately. Provide the necessary information and reports (if possible) to help them make a better decision
· Maintain good relationship and develop high level of services to client
· Help to streamline the process to make the process more effective and efficient; and
· Actively aware of the operational risks or potential risks, proactively manage, mitigate and report any operational risks or potential risks to the line manager or through available proper channels to ensure that they reported to the Operational Risk Coordinator

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Has minimum of Bachelor Degree
· Has thorough knowledge and understanding of financial instruments and accounting
· Has good problem solving skills, good analytical skills and with ability to work well without supervision
· Has ability to work independently and maintain good quality of output under tight deadline pressure
· Well organized, high spirited and self-motivated
· Has leadership skills, ability to work in and manage a team and actively contribute towards and support team performance; and
· Has good communication skills and can well articulating things both verbal and written.
