We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of UAT Manager

Principal responsibilities

·  The Test Lead will lead a team of UAT testers and provide functional support and guidance to the team and ensure the efficacy of testing, manage the risks by timely identification of issues and management of the defects. The role also requires the individual to.
·  Analyze BRD, Scheme documents, give inputs on BRD/requirements around acceptance criteria and identify applicable test scenarios inline with required business outcome.
·  Help maintain requirement traceability from UAT perspective to ensure appropriate testing coverage.Also,accountable for creation and execution of UAT test cases, test plans and scripts
·  Review and Analysis of Industry Testing packs and agreement with regional product owners on scope.
·  Own UAT and Industry testing, discuss and outline timelines in conjunction with IT project managers.
·  Ensure the testing timelines are met and any risks and dependencies are highlighted at the appropriate stage of the project.
·  Must be able assist in analysis of issues and work with the Project Technology teams in deciphering impact of the issues.
·  Must be able to analyze defect and compare with requirements to identify gaps.
·  Communicate regularly with Global and Regional Product Owners, IT Project Managers, business Analysts and Technical teams to raise and get impediments resolved from UAT testing .And Communicate status to management and stakeholders as necessary through summary reports.
·  Assess environment downtime due to maintenance and other project requirements and ensure there is minimal impact on UAT testing
·  Proactively identify issues, if any, and escalate through the right forums & Co-ordinate with the Business Analyst and resolve all day-to-and resolve downtime issues engaging relevant IT and Project partners.day operational issues

Requirements

·  Knowledge and hands on experience of Payments Testing and XML Payments formats is essential.
·  Knowledge and Experience in Real time payments testing would be preferred.
·  Exposure to End-to-End Testing
·  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
·  Analytical skills – To be able to document process flows, analyses and identify areas for improvement.
·  Ability to generate reports to suit all audience. The reports should be coherent, accurate and should help management decision making.
·  Planning, organizing and prioritization skills.
·  Quick to embrace and adopt Change, in a dynamically challenging environment.
·  Thorough and methodical in approach
·  Hands on experience in Industry Testing
