If you're looking for a career that will help you stand out, join HSBC and fulfil your potential. Whether you want a career that could take you to the top, or simply take you in an exciting new direction, HSBC offers opportunities, support and rewards that will take you further.

As an HSBC employee in the UK, you will have access to tailored professional development opportunities and a competitive pay and benefits package. This includes private healthcare for all UK-based employees, enhanced maternity and adoption pay and support when you return to work, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.

Digitisation, globalisation and product innovation are fundamentally revolutionising what, where and how businesses trade. With new technologies promising innovative solutions to old problems, the world of trade and trade finance stands on the threshold of a new age.

HSBC started as a trade bank over 150 years ago and remains the world's largest trade bank today. We have led the industry for over a century and a half and we intend to lead it for another 150 years and more. This is why we are embarking on the Trade Transformation (TT) journey to fundamentally revolutionise how we operate and reinforce our leadership as the no.1 trade bank.

The objectives of the TT programme are to transform the business so that we:
· Meet our customers' evolving needs by enhancing our current Traditional Trade capabilities by growing global market share and growing our Structured Trade business
· Make trade easy by streamlining our current Trade Services Operating Model, eliminating inefficient processes and systems, and digitise and automate where possible to focus on customer valued services
· Leveraging new systems and technology vendors as a catalyst for change and making sure our IT architecture is ready for exciting developments such as Blockchain and APIs.

HSBC's global network is our unique strength. It is our aim to build out capabilities that will delight our customers wherever they do business with us which mean that TT is a truly global programme creating change across all the countries where GTRF operates.

We are now setting up the global team to execute the TT programme, with the Global Head of Trade Transformation being appointed recently. This is a unique opportunity to join a ‘Business Transformation Execution team' in an initiation phase and help set up the team that will deliver on one of the biggest investment projects of the Group.
