We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trainee .

 

Business: Wholesale IT

 

Principal responsibilities

·  Cooperate with existing service management team/global support team to support all applications in Power platform.
·  Take care service management for Wholesale Regional ASP Power Platform, work with other service management teammate in India, Mexico to provide follow the sun support.
·  Reporting of critical outages to management and business partners until successful resolution and deals effectively with issues that are complex, confidential and sensitive in nature.
·  Work with different Pods teams for production releases, handle incident/problem in Prod environment and user queries from different markets.
·  Work with vendor to ensure system issue being well followed up.
·  Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support and stability.
·  Willing to be the first to try new technologies, and be able to quickly produce proof of concept.

Requirements

·  A university graduate with degree in computer science or a related discipline.
·  Bachelor Degree or above, with CET-4 or equivalent English level.
·  Good multiple task handling, cooperation and documentation skills.
·  Strong problem solving skills and communication skills.
·  Fast to adapt to English working environment.
·  Knowledge on Microsoft PowerApp/ PowerPlatform or relevant Low Code/ No Code.
·  Continuously upgrading and learning various technologies / applications.
