We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
· Gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating them into system test case scenarios
· Work with other testing groups within the organization for the integration, pairwise and operation readiness testing
· Support System Acceptance Testing & System Integration Tests, Regression Testing
· Developing corrective actions to help resolve bugs
· Identify data requirements
· Execute test cases
· Raise defects
· Retest and close/reopen defects
· Contribute in status reporting to test lead/manage
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Hands on testing experience in SAP Success Factors – Employee Central Module
· Good to have the experience of major flows in SAP EC module (like Position management, Hire process, Managing the Exits transactions etc.,)
· Should be able to prepare Test cases based on the provided SAP Release notes/Functional Design Documents
· Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing life cycle (STLC)
· Should have Strong working experience in Jira
· Proficient in executing end to end testing & collaborating across teams
· Agile Ways of Working. DevOps methods and tooling.
· Knowledge of HR processes
· Educated to degree level (preferred - or alternatively considerably greater experience to support an analytical ability)
· Agile way of working
· Experience in TOSCA or any automation tool
· Excellent Communication skills
