Principal responsibilities
· To process High Value Payments activities and cross support for all Payment Operations while complying with local regulations and group policy and guidance
· Resolve daily operational issues encountered and liaise with management/RM/Customer Services
· Maintain HSBC internal control standards and effective Operational Risk Management process to reduce the level of operational risk losses and to protect HSBC Thailand from foreseeable future losses.
· Acquire a good understanding of standard processes and align to them accordingly

· Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
· At least 1-2 years work experience or more in related fields in Banking and Financial Business and Project Management is a plus
· Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
· Ability to work under pressure, develop practical, cost effective solution to complex issues.
