We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a  Team Leader, Case Management.

Principal Responsibilities

·  Assist Senior Case Management Manager to lead a sub-team of Case Managers to deliver new business case management service to respective business channel
·  Closely monitor the production quality and acts as an advisor to provide opinions and improvement recommendation to sub-ordinates on the daily activities
·  Effectively manage and coordinate with Underwriting team on new business end-to-end process in order to achieve business target
·  Timely update required procedure to fulfill the compliance and/or regulatory requirements as well as conduct training as appropriate
·  Regularly review the process workflow and make recommendation to enhance the team efficiency and productivity
·  Closely work with internal business partners on assigned projects to achieve and implement the business initiatives effectively
·  Process new applications in accordance with underwriting, compliance and regulatory requirements and the agreed service lead time

Requirements

·  University Graduate
·  Solid relevant industry experience on processing New Business (with HNW experience is highly recommended)
·  Possessing LOMA qualifications or in progress of taking any LOMA courses would be a plus
·  Having positive and mature attitude and able to meet tight deadlines in the fast-paced and every changing environment
·  Able to work independently for tasks assigned
·  Willing to support ad-hoc projects/assignments which may be assigned from time to time
·  Must be fluent in Cantonese and English with a preference of proficiency in Mandarin
