Report to: Chief Administrative Officer, GPB Asia (function) / Senior Director and Head of Private Banking Taiwan (entity)

Job content:
- Coordinating the development of business infrastructure through proactive engagement with support functions
- Ensuring effective implementation of operating policies
- Providing assurance that operating controls are effective
- Acting as escalation point for issue management
- Providing administrative support to enable the business to focus on client related activity
- Supporting the performance management processes embedded in the business
- Providing assurance that key internal controls are operating effectively and that the governance at country level is implemented consistently and effectively
- Ensuing infrastructure gets developed in line with operating plans and that the business proposition meets the requirements of the business
- Day-to-day issues are prioritized appropriately and resolved satisfactory
- Support the day-to-day business operation and be seen as an effective business partner assisting the business in meeting their operating objectives
- Improving the FCR capabilities and therefore successful Monitor/IA outcomes

Information

- Mature relationship skills to work with product and client staff as well as booking Centre and develop internal stakeholder relationships
- Experience of banking and some understanding of investment products
- Good communicator and excellent problem-solving skills
- Risk aware and understands control processes
- Project skills and able to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent team working capabilities
- Good English and Chinese language skills preferred
- GPAD covered
- License requirements: 

·  信託業管理人員 (Trust Level 3) / prerequisite
·  信託業督導人員 (Trust Level 2) / prerequisite
·  金融道德與常識 (FSE) / prerequisite
·  銀行具有業務或交易核准權限之各級主管 Bank executives at all levels with business or transaction approval authority, Internal Control & Internal Audit License (INTCON) / To be obtained in first 3 months upon onboarding
