We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor/Officer  Universal Banker.

Responsibilities:

·  Answer customer product enquiries and service in maintenance.
·  Deliver best in class professional customer service with excellence and efficiencies.
·  Identify potential customers banking needs and refer to appropriate branch staff to provide banking solutions.
·  Assist line manager to effectively manage the sales and service environment in branch.

Information

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Indonesia Citizen only
·  Minimum 3 years experience in banking Operational.
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Highly driven and self-motivated approach, with the determination and ambition to succeed in a dynamic environment.
·  Fluency in English.
·  This position will be placement at Jakarta, Balikpapan and Makassar
