Structured Product Manager

Global Markets Division – Structured Product Development Department

We provide a full spectrum of treasury services to our customers, including foreign exchange, interest rate risk management, derivatives products, capital markets instruments, as well as market intelligence on global trends and key developments.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Structured Product Manager.

Principal responsibilities

· Provide pricing and execute orders on equity linked structured products for RBWM and PB
· Work with the sales channels on daily product marketing and pitching
· Manage the risk and booking in the corresponding in-house system
· Structure and roll out structured derivatives initiatives to bank customers with focus on equity linked products
· Keep abreast of the latest market development and trend, and assist in the formulation of business plans and pricing strategies to maintain the competitiveness of our products
· Strive to fulfill product regulatory requirements and bank compliances applicable to structured derivatives business

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Degree holder or above with minimum 3 years' relevant experience in financial institutions
·  Proven knowledge in equity structured products with relevant dealing experience
·  Relevant experience to launch Wealth Management Products to retail and private banking segments
·  Sound knowledge in MS Excel and VBA
·  Good analytical, quantitative, interpersonal and communication skills
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
