Job description

The role of the Strategic Business Change Manager is to successfully shape and execute against Commercial Banking's (CMB's) global strategic change agenda.

Strategic Business Change Managers would - collaborate with the Business on the need & nature of change to leverage the opportunities and manage the challenges in the industry.

The role holders would be instrumental in helping and driving the business to come to well-reasoned decisions in matters of strategic, organisational, operational and technological investment. They would work with the Global Functions & external vendors to create, shape, deliver & embed sustainable change successfully i.e. 'landing' strategy within the business through unified execution capability.

The role is at the centre of how Global Transformation shapes, delivers and embeds change working with the business and our delivery partners.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Defining requirements management processes and designs detailed business solutions and structures based on business requirements
· Managing requirements traceability through design and delivery
· Managing the change implementation activities, including business readiness assessment and implementation
· Using systemic thinking and creativity in devising solution options
· Building professional relationships and networks with people in or outside the team as part of day-to-day work

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:
·  Proven business analysis skills in a global change environment - Detailed understanding of either Corporate or Commercial Banking (5-10 years experience)
·  Excellent understanding of Sales processes including familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
·  Proven capability of working closely with business sponsors
·  Proven capability of working closely with business sponsors
·  Strong influencing skills
·  Expert in drafting business Requirements Documents/User Stories
·  Good level of expertise in Agile development processes ( >2 years expertise)
·  Good level of familiarity with “tools of the trade” for a BA (Excel, SQL, Jira/TFS, data analysis tools)
·  A track record of delivering significant change which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways
·  Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations
·  Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively
·  Dealt effectively with highly complex commercial information and business challenges to create strategic business plans which effectively deliver results
·  A successful track record of leading significant and complex business programmes, overcoming challenges to consistently meet/exceed objectives

In addition to the details listed above, the ideal candidate will have a track record of:
·  Knowledge and experience of process modelling and reengineering
·  Knowledge of the BTF (Business Transformation Framework)
·  Understanding of Innovation within the industry & experience working with Fintech companies to solve business problems

The base location of this role will be London 8 Canada Square.
