In this role, you will:
Impact on the Business [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]
· Case record and document management – producing, documenting and sorting relevant vetting files.
· Execute fraud database searches and research as well as document findings in accordance with record retention standards
· Identifies and escalates issues as appropriate
· Support the delivery of projects. Ex: Re-Vetting,Insourcing,Grads Programme,NEDs,SMR ,IAR,RnF roles etc..
· Be the SPOC for the Vendors, stakeholders for any case clarification, expedition and initial escalation.
· Perform the Critical checks like CIBIL, SCION, PEP & Sanctions and NNS Checks for staff & contractors.
· Adhere to the Discrepancy matrix, applying right judgmental skills and ensure our recommendations are informed, efficient and transparent.

· RPH
· TAT
· Quality
Meet or exceed against the section average / PLA (whichever is higher) for the KPIs such as TAT, RPH, Maintain OCL below 10% whilst keeping L1 & L2 insufficiencies at a bare minimum.
Customers / Stakeholders [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]
· Support the planning and delivery of critical deliverable for multiple vetting projects
· Prepare case records and reports derived data obtained in multiple departmental systems in order to support decision making or determine business needs
· Providing recommendation and consulting stakeholders regarding subject's suitability for the hiring
· Handling of sensitive documents (passport, driving license, academic documents, and education certificate); liaising with service providers as required
· Perform varying database searches and adhere to applicable discounting
· Ensure the quality of tasks/services provided by themselves and others, general supervision or regular process checks/ review of output by a co-worker and/or supervisor
· Manage conflicts of interest and appropriately handle information to reduce the opportunity for misuse
· Adhere to the communication guidance on GCB (0-2) staff, NEDs, Auditors & PRAs.
· Maintain highest levels of quality when screening cases & keep L1 / L2 insufficiencies to the bare minimum
· Instructions/requests to be correctly interpreted, understood and implemented.

· Participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit.

· Maintain equipment, systems and general work environment in good condition, adhering to all appropriate procedures.
· All data requirements (timesheets, leave requests, absence requests and ad hoc process information) is completed and updated in a timely manner
· Issues/problems are effectively investigated and resolved or appropriately referred with recommendations
· Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes
· Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures in own team
· Support change initiatives and escalate any concerns

Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Knowledge of Global Vetting processes and systems
· Ability to exercise analytical logical, Investigation Skills and judgemental skills in considering vendor objections pertaining to verifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication in Japanese; Vietnamese or Thai
· Confident in presenting material to all levels
· Basic computer knowledge. (Well versed with MSoffice, Windows 7, and Outlook etc...)
· Flexibility to work in shifts.
· Ability to build rapport with wide range of people across different functions
· Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous / critical data.
· The ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines.
· Maintain highest levels of integrity
