We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Branch Operation .

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible to support the service and operation to customer of the branch

·  To follow up transaction from the customer through counter teller and follow the SOP
·  To follow up every obstacles related with payment and other operation things
·  To book wealth product and insurance base on documentation and valid ID, to serve other customer's need such as Cheque book request, debit card and PIN request, SDB customer
·  Send and keep transaction document base on SOP
·  Follow up customer's complaint to internal department or other branch to solve the problem

Information

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Indonesia Citizen only
·  Has 1 years working experience in operational Bank
·  Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree
·  Able to work in a team
·  Strong knowledge in service and operation
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  High motivation and endurance/ resilience
·  Proficiency in English and computer literate
·  This position will be placement at Bandung, Balikpapan, Batam, Denpasar, Jakarta, Lampung, Manado, Makassar, Malang, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Pontianak, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda
