Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1.      Identify the new business opportunities that can satisfy customer needs and expand market share, navigate regulatory, geo and economic changes and direct to best interest of GTRF business.

2.      The role is responsible for across the whole range of Global Trade & Receivables Finance's (GTRF) solutions.

3.      Work with key placeholders including GTRF internal function, IT, Risk, Host, Implementation to set up tools and processes as required to enable proposition and structure launch and deliver KEY commercial revenues.

4.      Key responsibilities include provide training to front-line, assisting in understanding and ensuring a high quality of customer experience and a success in commercialization of new proposition and solution.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1.      Knowledge of Trade Finance structures at a global level having experience in global multinational financial departments, supply chain and receivable finance, Core trade, Risk distribution solution, commodity finance and ESG initiatives. Broad knowledge of the trends in the Open Account area as they impact trade eco-system.

2.      Proven track record of having established and launched proposition and closed large ticket and complex structure deal.

3.      Thorough understanding of Working Capital management aspects

4.      Very strong commercial acumen, financial and analytical skills with very good problem solving (pointing out problems, recognizing important information, establishing connections)

5.      Demonstrated experience working across a number of international markets in a regional capacity.

6.      Proven track record of product management – confident in challenging business-as-usual operating models

7.      Proven ability to navigate and implement inside a cross-functional and matrix organizational model

8.      Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable working on multiple assignments, where the teams will often be distributed across the globe and culturally diverse

9.      A quick learner, Innovative thinking, passion to perform. Resilient and willing to take challenges

10.   Great communication skills and influence soft power, to foster effective team work.

11.   Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point and use of market platforms like Bloomberg SCF function, Digital knowledge is a must.
