Should be experienced to understand requirements, create design documents and able to provide estimates for changes and new development requirements (on Seeburger)

·
Development is completed with no slippages measured by task slippages

·
Code delivered is with highest quality measured by defect counts and defect ratios during build and unit testing phase.

·
Adherance to the QA processes.

·
Mentor new joiners in the project and assign tasks to junior developers.

·
Work with Team Leads / Solution architect to understand the design and project plans.

·
Participate in code reviews, peer design reviews, test plan walkthrough.

·
Work with developers from other workstreams during integration testing.

·
Work with testers to track and close open defects during SIT/UAT phase.

·
Suggest best practices to ensure that there is a maintainable code base and deployment structures using GITHUB & Jenkins

·
Work on test automation of Seeburger developments

# Must have

·
- Either of Seeburger Business Integration server/Axway integrator/IBM Sterling Business integrator /IBM FTM

·
- Experience in IBM WTX or WMB would be added advantage

·
-Relational Database (Oracle)

·
-Knowledge of Electronic data interchange ,SWIFT,EDIFACT,XML ,ANSI standards

·
-Maven with Jenkins

·

·
-Git or similar version control tool

·
- Should have worked in DevOps team and well versed with Agile Framework

Ensure smooth communication between onshore and offshore to report progress in assigned tasks.
