Project/Team Introduction:

HUB Front End Project (HFE) is Staff facing application used by branch users such as Tellers, CSR and RM to serve the customer requests. HFE application aims to deliver a more intuitive, customer centric front-end for HUB. HUB Front End (HFE) is the Front End System, which enables you to access HUB through browser. It is segregated into functional modules such as Customer Service Representative (CSR) functions, Teller functions, Back Office operations, and Sales Tracking and Contact Management (STACM) functions.

HFE2.2 Supports various Teller Functions in addition to the CRMS functions.

Open Workstation and Sign On, Customer Search / Overview, Cash Handling, Cash Transaction, Cheque Deposit / Mixed Deposit Transaction, Credit Card Payment, Return Cheques, Transfer Transactions, Close Demand Deposit Accounts, Outward and Inward Remittances, Term Deposits, Other Transactions, Non Accounting Transactions, Voucher Control, Electronic Journal, Transaction Approval, End of Day Procedure and Close Workstation.

HFE uses Java, J2EE and XML based WSBCC (Websphere Business Component Composer) and ES (Execution Services) frameworks. HFE form and receipt Printing functionalities uses Adobe Jet form servers.

We are now inviting experienced professionals to join us to support the above development projects. Your key responsibilities will include the following:

Job Duties:

 HFE project development on Java, XML based WSBCC framework.

 Implement the agreed low-level design. Write unit test cases and perform unit testing.

 Production Ticket analysis and resolution.

 Provide development support during the Integration Testing/User Acceptance testing phases.

 Provide adequate documentation to hand-over new application modules, application changes to RTB teams

 Keep abreast of the design patterns and apply appropriate design patterns to solve agreed requirements (both functional and non-functional)

 Ensuring the huge up-tick in change doesn't negatively affect production stability

 Ensure robust software is built that is scalable, supportable and maintainable

Desired profile

Candidate Specifications:

Essential skills and 1 to 2 years of experience of the follows

 Experience on Java, J2EE and Web Application Development

 Experience on WebSphere setup, such as JNDI, DataSource.

 Good understanding of JavaScript,

 Good understanding of Linux/UNIX user commands

 Basic understanding of DB2.

 Basic understanding of MKS/RTC or equivalent

 Basic understanding of MQ

The following skills and experience are advantages

 Basic understanding of Jetform

 Some understanding of HFE and HUB applications

 Some understanding of Staff Facing applications

 Some experience of WSBCC and ES

 Have experience to work with Canada team
