Project/Team Introduction:

The OBS Front-End system is being used by both HBAP AMH and HASE branches, central supporting sites and departments. This multi-currency banking platform is rewritten based on the legacy client/server applications running on HWS platform. OBS Front-End uses Java, J2EE and XML based ES (Execution Services) framework. OBS Front-End form and receipt Printing functionalities uses Adobe Jet form servers.

Staff Front End (SFE) is a web based application that provide teller functions and Call Centre function. Provides Servicing functions to All RBWM branch and Call Center users. SFE uses Java, J2EE, XML, Dojo and FSA framework. SFE form and receipt Printing functionalities uses Adobe Jet form servers.

We are now inviting experienced professionals to join us to support the above development projects. Your key responsibilities will include the following:

Job Duties:

 OBSFE and SFE projects development

 Interpret requirements, provide estimations and participate in agile development project lifecycles.

 Troubleshoot defects and come up with practical solutions.

 Work with end to end teams from requirements analysis to production rollout

 Provide development support during the Integration Testing/User Acceptance testing phases.

 Provide adequate documentation to hand-over new application modules, application changes to RTB teams

 Interact with a large global team to come up with strategic solutions.

 Ensure robust software is built that is scalable, supportable and maintainable

Desired profile

Candidate Specifications:

Essential skills and 2+ years of experience of the follows

 Experience on Java, J2EE and Web Application Development

 Experience on WebSphere setup, such as JNDI, DataSource.

 Good understanding of JavaScript

 Good understanding of Linux/UNIX user commands

 Good understanding of DB2 and oracle.

 Good understanding of MKS/RTC or equivalent

 Good understanding of MQ

 Good understanding SSO and ADAM entitlement

 Experience in Staff Channel project environment

The following skills and experience are advantages

 Basic understanding of Jetform

 Some understanding of OBS and HUB applications

 Some experience of WSBCC and ES

 Have experience to work with APAC business and IT teams
