Role Title: Software Engineer--Xi'an

Business: Retail Banking and Wealth Management Technology - Cards Engineering

Intrduction:

HUB Credit Cards(HCC) team is a HSBC Cards Application, which serves mainly key HK/ Macau businesses. It covers the full life cycle functioanlies of Cards, at a medium-high complexity level.

Role Purpose / Description

San experienced professional to join this dedicated team in the role of Software Engineer, working in Java environment.

In this role, you will:

1. Develop and implement simple IT solutions to meet business users requirements

2. Conduct design, coding, review and testing according to project plan, design documents, guidelines and best practices.

3. Prepare project-related documentation

This will provide an exciting & challenging opportunities to a professional who are ready for good learnings on Cards technical/ functional knowledge, dynamic team work.

Qualifications :

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above, with CET-4 or equivalent English level.

2. A sound appreciation of the full development life cycle, including release management;

3. Proficient in Java/J2EE, C/C++ and Oracle development

4. Quick learner with high self motivation

5. Strong teamwork spirit and problem solving skills

6. Strong communication skills and documentation skills

7. Able to work independently and effectively under pressure against multiple deadlines

8. Strong problem solver with clear analytical mindset

9. with at least 1 yr of relevant development experience
