Role Overview
To provide quality service to internal and external customers for any queries relating to Trade transactions, general queries, any other support to enhance the overall customer experiences, whether by phone, email or at the GTRF counter
Accept and release the correct documents to customers either at the branch counter or to couriers
To identify potential revenue & digital opportunities for existing relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve the delivery of “world class” customer service by working as directed by
management to ensure that all work is processed within SLA.
• To ensure that all work is processed with guidelines and appropriate timescales in order to
minimize operational risk and/or customer complaint
• Ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do both personally and as an
organisation by ensuring work is completed in accordance with established procedures and
standards.
• To continually evaluate the operational risks inherent in the process and to raise any concerns
with Line Management.
• To be fully conversant with FIM, anti-money laundering, internal procedures, polices and
sanctions and regulatory requirements of our business.
• Complete transaction vetting/scanning in accordance with established procedures and standards
escalating when necessary to the appropriate escalation points.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Experience & Qualifications:
• Secondary School/High School Diploma as a minimum education requirement
• Ideally 1-year experience in customer service or related field, fresh graduates are also welcome
to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong Multitasking skills and ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously
• Excellent team spirit and ability to work in teams across various locations
