We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

 

   Drive right and strong strategies and initiatives to achieve business growth and address weaknesses

   Evaluate business performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

   Manage costs and resources to be within FRP and coordinate ad-hoc requests to support business growth

   Partner with leadership and team members to build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective strategic partners

   Conduct research on market, competitor moves and keep abreast of developments that has direct impact and bearings to the strategy of wealth management in Mainland China

   Share local market colors and market intelligence with global teams

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

   University degree holder or above (Finance, Economics or Business majors preferred)

   Work experience for a minimum of 3 years (Experience in investment banking and investment preferred)

   Effective communicator with strong inter-personal and influencing skills within the organization

   Possess sound presentation and negotiation skills

   Detail oriented and self-motivated who are able to work independently

   Excellent in written and spoken English proficiency
